Product Overview:

Wet addition method is a process in which powdered activated carbon is transported from a quantitative feeding equipment to a carbon slurry preparation tank, formulated into a slurry, and then quantitatively added through an addition pump. The concentration of the slurry is generally around 5%, and the dosage of powdered activated carbon is generally 5-10mg/L.

Product composition:

It mainly consists of a vacuum feeding system (or tank truck feeding system), a storage system, a powder quantitative feeding system, a slurry preparation system, a slurry frequency conversion conveying system, a pipeline backwashing system, and a control system.

Accurate measurement, stable operation

The dosage of activated carbon is automatically adjusted with the change of water volume, achieving continuous and fully automatic feeding. Activated carbon powder is quantitatively mixed with water and forcibly stirred, resulting in a uniform and stable slurry with good dispersion of carbon powder.

Intelligent control, safe and reliable

Adopting PLC intelligent fully automatic control system with high degree of automation. Manual and automatic switching, flexible control mode. The control system has the functions of material level, liquid level, water pressure, fault alarm and automatic shutdown, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system. Equipped with an industrial Ethernet communication interface, it can achieve parameter uploading and upper level monitoring.

The online weighing and measuring system can achieve precise measurement and addition of dry powder.
