Product Overview:

Dry addition method is a method of adding powdered activated carbon directly from a quantitative feeding device to a water injector, and then adding the carbon powder to the injection point through the water injector.

Product composition:

It mainly consists of vacuum feeding system (or tank truck feeding system), storage system, dry powder feeding system, jet mixing system, anti carbon and water emission system, control system, etc.

By using a high-speed water jet mixing method, the material and water are evenly mixed, with small measurement errors, eliminating the need for slurry preparation and measurement conveying systems.

Continuous and fully automatic addition of activated carbon, with the amount automatically adjusted according to changes in water flow rate and a constant addition ratio.

Intelligent control, safe and reliable

Adopting PLC intelligent fully automatic control system with high degree of automation. Manual and automatic switching, flexible control mode. The control system has the functions of material level, water pressure, vacuum and fault alarm, and automatic shutdown, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the system. Equipped with an industrial Ethernet communication interface, it can achieve parameter uploading and upper level monitoring.
