Product Introduction:

Adsorption resin, a resin adsorbent with a porous three-dimensional structure, is a newly developed porous resin in the field of polymers in recent years. It is prepared by suspension copolymerization of monomers such as styrene and divinylbenzene. It has a good mesh structure and a high specific surface area, which can selectively adsorb organic molecules through pore size screening, intermolecular forces, or hydrogen bonding. It can be applied to the adsorption and recovery of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) at high, medium, and low concentrations, achieving standard emissions.

System advantages:

1.Stable performance with minimal loss;

2.The surface of the resin has a certain hydrophobicity, and humidity has little effect on the adsorption efficiency of VOCs;

3.The resin surface has no catalytic effect and can be used to adsorb chlorinated hydrocarbons, as well as chemically active substances such as hydrocarbons, ketones, and esters;

4.The pore structure can be regulated according to the characteristics of VOCs in the treated exhaust gas;

5.Has good physical and chemical stability, is resistant to acid, alkali, and organic solvents, and has high thermal stability and mechanical strength;

6.Resin fillers are irregular spherical particles with low system resistance during operation.

System composition:

1.Preprocessing system:

Based on the exhaust parameters provided by the customer, we will carry out corresponding pre-treatment such as dehumidification, dust removal, alkali/acid/water spraying according to the moisture content, dust content, and acidic/alkaline gas content in the components, in order to reduce the impact on the back-end pipelines and equipment.

2.Adsorption system:

The adsorption system generally adopts a mode of two columns in series and one column regeneration, with a total of three adsorption columns. At the beginning of operation, start the A-pillar, run for a period of time, then start the B-pillar, run for another period of time, start the A-pillar regeneration and start the C-pillar adsorption, and so on. The time for switching regeneration varies slightly depending on the emission peak.

3.Detachment system:

The desorption system is divided into regeneration, blowing, and cooling processes.

Regeneration: After resin adsorption saturation, regeneration is carried out, and organic matter is carried out from the resin pores, entering the two-stage condenser for condensation, and then entering the separator;

Blowing: After regeneration, there may be high concentrations of low boiling point substances remaining in the dead corners of the resin column, which may be within the explosion range.

Cooling: Use cooling medium to rapidly cool down the resin bed layer.

4.Separation system:

The organic matter carried out enters the condenser for condensation and then enters the separation system to separate the oil and water phases for recycling or further processing.

For the treatment of waste gases in the medical and chemical industry, we generally recommend collecting chlorine containing and chlorine free waste gases separately and treating them separately. The chlorine containing exhaust gas is treated by a resin adsorption steam desorption system and discharged to meet the standard, or the treated exhaust gas is combined with non chlorine containing exhaust gas and then sent to RTO for incineration. This not only reduces the operating load of RTO, but also avoids or greatly reduces the possibility of corrosion of equipment, valves, instruments, and pipelines in the RTO system, thereby improving the service life of RTO.
