Product Introduction:

The biological filter purification equipment adopts a biological method, which adsorbs, absorbs, and degrades the collected odor through a microbial membrane cultured on a biological packing material. The process principle is to purify and adjust the humidity of the exhaust gas through a pre washing tank before entering the biological filter. The odor is humidified in the pre washing tank section, where the pre-treatment of odor water absorption, dust removal, and humidification is completed; The odor gas that has not been removed enters the filtration zone of the biological filter bed again. When passing through the filtration layer, pollutants are transferred from the gas phase to the surface of the biofilm (solid phase). On the one hand, this biofilm grows and reproduces using pollutants in exhaust gas as nutrients; On the other hand, harmful substances in pollutants are decomposed and degraded into harmless simple inorganic substances such as CO2 and H2O to achieve deodorization. The clean gas treated by the biological filter is discharged into the atmosphere through fans and exhaust pipes.
