
Process Principle:
After pretreatment, the waste gas is passed into the adsorption tower of activated carbon/activated carbon fiber/adsorption resin for adsorption treatment. There exists attractive force on the surface of the adsorbent (intermolecular van der Waals force), and the organic gases are adsorbed on the microporous surface of the adsorbent to purify the gases. Adsorbent desorption using steam on the adsorption bed direct heating, the adsorbent in the adsorbent adsorption of organic components out of the steam out of the steam mixture into the condenser through the condensation of cold water to condense, the condensate into the separation of separation barrel. Desorption stage has part of the steam condensed into water to stay in the adsorption bed, desorption is completed after the need to dry the bed. Drying configuration of a separate drying fan, drying fan inlet set steam heater to heat the fresh air, heated to 60 ℃ or so, through the adsorption tank will be adsorbent bed water drying, after drying the adsorption tank waiting for the next adsorption.
