Principle Introduction:

The Zeolite runner is divided into three zones by the casing: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooler. The adsorption zone accounts for 10/12 of the entire volume of the impeller. Organic gases are adsorbed in the zeolite molecular sieve channels on the surface of the impeller through the adsorption zone, and the discharged gas is clean gas. The desorption zone accounts for 1/12 of the volume of the impeller. High temperature gas flows through the desorption zone to desorb and regenerate zeolite molecular sieves, desorbing VOCs from the surface zeolite of the impeller at high temperatures. The high concentration exhaust gas after desorption and regeneration needs to be subjected to thermal oxidation or other methods for further treatment; In addition, the area that accounts for 1/12 of the volume of the impeller is the cooling zone, where the original gas at room temperature is cooled through the high-temperature zone that is rotated, and after cooling, it regains its adsorption capacity. The zeolite rotary adsorption concentration system utilizes a continuous process of adsorption purification desorption concentration cooling to achieve adsorption concentration of VOCs waste gas.

Scope of application:

1.Suitable for low to medium concentration organic waste gas, widely used in the purification treatment of VOC waste gas in industries such as coating, semiconductor, electronic manufacturing, printing, petroleum, chemical, rubber, etc.

2.Generally, it is necessary to control the temperature and humidity, particulate matter, acidity and alkalinity of the exhaust gas. Substances with high boiling points, easy polymerization, unsuitable adsorption, and damage to the microporous framework structure are not suitable for entering the Zeolite runner.
