The integrated dosing device is an advanced chemical water treatment dosing equipment, which has been widely used in the quantitative dosing fields of petroleum, chemical, natural gas, polycrystalline silicon, polyurethane, refining and other industries at home and abroad. It installs all equipment such as the dissolving tank, agitator, metering pump, control system, and pipeline valves on the same base platform to achieve the overall combination of drug dissolution and storage, drug transportation, and metering dosing functions. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, and easy transportation and installation. We can meet various special working conditions such as ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4, ExdIICT6, etc. according to customer needs.

Product composition:

It mainly consists of a solution tank, a mixing tank (with a stirrer), a metering pump, a level gauge, an electric control cabinet, pipelines, valves, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, bases, escalators, etc. (can be configured according to actual user requirements).

Medication dosage:

Catalysts, defoamers, emulsifiers, acid-base regulators, biocides, corrosion and scale inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, etc.
