1.Shell: welded with steel plates and connected with screws. Including rubber sealed doors, filter bag frame brackets, dust cleaning linkage mechanisms, etc;
2.Sealing: Made of a tight material;
3.Ash hopper: a part of the shell with a pull-out dust collection drawer;
4.Dust cleaning machinery: high-frequency vibration generated by electricity is transmitted to the filter bag through an eccentric linkage mechanism for dust cleaning;
5.Filter bag: made of 208 polyester flannel cloth, including frame sealing body and spring type insert pad;
6.Control: There are direct starters for fans and cleaning civilian aircraft, as well as time relays for controlling the cleaning cycle.
The working principle of VOCs waste gas treatment equipment mainly includes three parts: adsorption gas method, desorption gas method, and catalytic combustion method.
1.The organic tail gas emitted in the industrial production process enters the rotary valve of the exhaust gas treatment equipment through the induced draft fan. The inlet gas and outlet gas are completely separated through the selector valve. The gas is first preheated by the ceramic material filling layer (bottom layer) and undergoes heat storage and exchange. Its temperature almost reaches the temperature set for catalytic oxidation in the catalytic layer (middle layer), at which point some pollutants are oxidized and decomposed. The exhaust gas continues to be heated through the heating zone (upper layer, which can be heated by electric heating or natural gas heating) and maintained at the set temperature. It then enters the catalytic layer to complete the catalytic oxidation reaction, which generates carbon dioxide and water, and releases a large amount of heat to achieve the expected treatment effect.
2.The RCO catalytic combustion equipment uses rotary valves instead of numerous valves and complex hydraulic equipment in traditional equipment. The organic matter removal rate can reach over 98%, and the highest heat recovery rate can reach 97%.
3.After catalytic oxidation, the gas enters other ceramic filling layers, recovers heat energy, and is discharged into the atmosphere through a rotary valve. The purified exhaust temperature is only slightly higher than the temperature before exhaust gas treatment. The system operates continuously and automatically switches. Through the operation of the rotary valve, all ceramic filling layers complete the cycle steps of heating, cooling, and purification, and heat is recovered.
