Product Overview:

The PAM solution preparation system is a fully automatic and complete set of feeding equipment that prepares, dissolves, and matures polyacrylamide particles and water in a certain proportion, and precisely adds them. Its main workflow includes feeding with a dry powder feeder, storing in a sealed silo, feeding with a precision feeder, dissolving and preparing in a stainless steel dissolution box, and adding to the feeding point with a screw pump to achieve coagulation aid effect.

The spiral feeder has closed-loop control of feeding speed, precise feeding amount, and the bin vibrator and heating moisture-proof device ensure normal feeding conditions.

Under the specified preparation amount and continuous feeding conditions, the solution should be matured for at least 1 hour, indicating complete maturation.

The amount of dry powder added automatically follows the change of inlet flow rate to ensure a constant solution concentration.

By using a water pre mixing device, the hydration of the powder is accelerated and the agglomeration of the powder is avoided.

The control system has a fault alarm and automatic shutdown function, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the system. Equipped with an industrial Ethernet communication interface, it can achieve parameter uploading and upper level monitoring.

Adopting a three slot overflow integrated structure, it occupies a small area, is easy to install, and requires low maintenance.
