Equipment Overview:

Integrated sewage treatment equipment is a device that integrates anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks, contact oxidation tanks, sedimentation tanks, disinfection and other process units, suitable for the treatment and reuse of domestic sewage and similar organic wastewater. It can be buried underground, and the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes. Generally, it does not require building houses, heating, or insulation. It is fully automatic controlled, does not require personnel management, is easy to operate, easy to maintain, has a wide range of applications, and has good treatment effects. The sewage treated by this equipment meets the standard level of Grade B or above in the “Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants” (GB18918-2002).

Water treatment capacity: The standard type is 10-50.0 (m3/d), and if it exceeds 50.0 (m3/d), it needs to be designed separately.

Raw water concentration: BOD5: Standard type ≤ 250mg/L, reinforced type ≤ 400mg/L. If it exceeds 400mg/L, it needs to be designed separately.

This equipment is suitable for the treatment of domestic and production wastewater in residential areas, hotels, docks, airports, shopping malls, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, slaughter and breeding, petrochemicals, mining and other industries.

The design of integrated sewage treatment equipment is mainly aimed at the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The main treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technology – biological contact oxidation method.

Equipment composition:

Hydrolysis acidification tank: converts non soluble organic matter in the original wastewater into soluble organic matter, especially in industrial wastewater. It mainly converts difficult to biodegrade organic matter into easily biodegradable organic matter, improving the biodegradability of the wastewater for subsequent aerobic treatment. Considering the energy consumption issue of subsequent aerobic treatment, hydrolysis is mainly used for the pretreatment of low concentration and difficult to degrade wastewater.

Contact oxidation tank: This tank is the core part of this sewage treatment, divided into two sections. The first section, under high organic load, uses a large number of microbial communities of different species attached to the packing material to participate in adsorption and biochemical degradation, removing various organic substances in the sewage and significantly reducing the organic content in the sewage. In the later stage, under low organic load conditions, the action of nitrifying bacteria degrades ammonia nitrogen in sewage under sufficient oxygen conditions, while also reducing the COD value in sewage to a lower level, thus purifying the sewage.

Sedimentation tank: carries out solid-liquid separation to remove the biofilm and suspended sludge peeled off from the biochemical tank, so as to truly purify the sewage. The sludge is discharged at regular intervals and equipped with a sludge return device. Some of the sludge is returned to the hydrolysis and acidification tank for nitrification and denitrification, which also reduces the generation of sludge and facilitates the removal of ammonia nitrogen from sewage.

Disinfection pool: A structure that typically uses chemical methods to achieve disinfection by mixing disinfectant with wastewater for disinfection purposes. Mainly to kill pathogenic microorganisms in sewage.

Sedimentation tank: used to control the sludge content of the entire system and prevent the generation of floating sludge in the system. The clear liquid on the sludge tank flows back, and the bottom sludge is regularly cleaned.

Aeration fan: It increases sufficient dissolved oxygen in water or liquid to meet the oxygen demand of aerobic organisms. At the same time, the aeration process facilitates the transfer of molecular weight between gas and liquid, ensuring that the gas diffuses and contacts fully in the liquid and preventing suspended solids from sinking.

Technical advantages:

1. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts push flow biological contact oxidation, which has a better treatment effect than fully mixed or two-stage series fully mixed living contact oxidation tanks.

2. Compared to activated sludge tanks, it has a smaller volume, stronger adaptability to water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion.

3. A new type of composite packing is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area and easy biofilm formation and detachment by microorganisms. Under the same organic matter conditions, the removal rate of organic matter is high, which can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.

4. The biochemical tank adopts the biological contact oxidation method, which has a relatively low volume load of the filling material, and the microorganisms are in the self oxidation stage, resulting in a small sludge production and only requiring sludge discharge once every three months or more.

5. The deodorization method of sewage treatment equipment adopts conventional high-altitude exhaust and is equipped with soil deodorization measures.

6. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, with a high degree of automation and remote monitoring without human intervention.

1. Each device is equipped with two systems: mixed liquid reflux and sludge reflux. The reflux rate can be adjusted independently according to changes in water quality. Denitrification is achieved through mixed liquid reflux, while sludge reflux ensures the number of bacterial strains and stable operation.

2. The shell is made of carbon steel or fiberglass material, and anti-corrosion treatment is carried out according to customer needs. The service life of the equipment can reach more than 20 years.

3. Flexible equipment installation. The equipment is equipped with reinforcing ribs inside, which can be buried below the ground surface. The ground surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes, without the need for building houses, heating, or insulation. At the same time, it can also be used on the ground.

4. Each compartment of the equipment is equipped with a water distribution system, and there is no short circuit in the water flow. The utilization rate of the pool can reach 89.9%, which is 15% -30% higher than that of no water distribution system or conventional water distribution.

5. Using a specially designed microporous aeration device, there is no clogging phenomenon, which can fully mix sewage with activated sludge and dissolved oxygen, greatly improving the efficiency of oxygen transfer and enhancing the biochemical activity of sludge.

6. The equipment is filled with functional biological affinity combination fillers, which can quickly form membranes, promote microbial growth, and have high activity, resulting in good effluent quality.

7. Each device undergoes strict factory inspection, with low failure rate and maintenance free. Safe and reliable operation, usually does not require dedicated management, only regular maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.
