Product overview:
SL Mag is a new type of water treatment equipment developed and manufactured by our company. Its principle is to add magnetic particles (magnetic powder) to the traditional coagulation and sedimentation process. Through coagulation, attraction, adhesion, charge adsorption, bridging, and net capture steps, insoluble pollutants such as algae, small suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, etc. in the water body are effectively combined with the magnetic powder to form high-density flocs. By relying on gravity and the principle of inclined tube (plate) sedimentation, rapid solid-liquid precipitation separation is achieved.
The sludge from the sedimentation tank is pumped to the magnetic powder sludge separation system for recycling, and the magnetic powder is recycled. The separated sludge is discharged into the sludge tank for dewatering treatment.
Technical advantages:
1.Fast sedimentation rate: floc sedimentation rate up to 40m/h;
2.High removal rate of pollutants: for algae, petroleum substances, heavy metals, etc., the highest removal rate can reach over 99%;
3.Good effluent effect: TP as low as 0.05mg/L, SS as low as 2mg/L, and turbidity as low as 1NTU;
4.High surface load: The surface load can reach 20m3/m2 · h;
5.Short dwell time: 15-20 minutes for water inflow and outflow;
6.High equipment integration: can manufacture containerized, mobile vehicle mounted, etc;
7.Small footprint: 1/20 of traditional sedimentation systems and 1/5 of air flotation equipment;
8.High magnetic powder recovery rate: over 99% recovery rate;
9.Low operating costs: The operating cost per ton of water is less than 0.05~-0.15 (limited by inlet conditions);
10.High degree of automation: Various intelligent control systems such as PLC achieve unmanned operation.
