Principle Introduction:
By utilizing the characteristic of activated carbon or zeolite micropores that can absorb organic substances, organic solvents in high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas are adsorbed onto activated carbon or zeolite and concentrated. After adsorption purification, some gases meet the standards and are directly discharged. When the adsorption outlet concentration approaches the environmental emission limit, it is necessary to switch the adsorption box valve to desorb activated carbon or zeolite, so that the adsorbed organic compounds are desorbed, forming organic waste gas with low air volume and high concentration. Then, the organic waste gas enters the catalytic combustion device for catalytic combustion reaction, releases heat through catalytic combustion reaction, and the high concentration waste gas entering the catalytic device becomes a clean and harmless gas, which is discharged after heat utilization by the heat exchanger.
