Regenerative high-temperature oxidation, also known as regenerative thermal oxidation technology, abbreviated as RTO in English, is a very mature organic waste gas treatment technology nowadays. This article will explain the advantages of RTO technology in treating organic waste gas?

RTO regenerative high-temperature oxidation technology is a simple process and low operating cost organic waste gas treatment technology. It adopts advanced heat exchange design and new ceramic thermal storage materials. The unique design and efficient heat exchange system ensure the effective recovery of combustion heat, which has great advantages in the purification of organic waste gas with high air volume and low concentration.
The principle of RTO process is to heat organic waste gas to above 760 ℃, so that the waste gas is oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water vapor in the oxidation incinerator. The advantages of this system are:
1. High heat exchange efficiency, reaching over 95%;
2. The purification efficiency of organic waste gas is as high as 99%;
3. Thermal storage – heat release – cleaning cycle work, carried out synchronously;
4. Mature technology, safe and stable operation.
Through our preliminary understanding of RTO technology, we can see that the RTO process can be chosen to treat organic waste gases with high air volume and low concentration. This technology is very mature, has low maintenance and operation costs, and high treatment efficiency.
